But why keep buying crackers when you can make very tasty ones at home? This recipe is a very easy one to follow so there should be no excuses.<\/p>\n<p>To store put them in a sealed container and away from sunlight.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">100g Butter<br \/>\n150g plain flour<br \/>\n45ml Milk<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\nA third of a teaspoon of salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Method<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Sift the flour and mix in the salt and baking powder. Using a butter knife mix in the butter, you can use a normal knife but it is a bit harder. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Add the milk and mix until you have a dough. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">On a floured surface roll out the dough until it is pretty thin but not thin enough to crack. Roughly to about 0.5cm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Cut out the crackers with a cutter or a half pint glass. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Bake in the oven 180\u00b0c for fan assisted ovens, 200\u00b0c for normal and 400<\/span>\u00b0<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">f or gas mark 6 for about 30 mins. I say about as this depends on how thin you have cut them, check every now and then.
