Saute for a couple of minutes continuing to stir.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomatoes ,puree and stock. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes until all the vegetables are soft. Put into processor and whoosh up as smooth as you wish (I like to keep it quite chunky).
