As the other poster says training pants won't be enough unless she is training and you are willing to do MUCH washing! The bet ones I found were from Mothercare. I used disposables with dd1 and have only just found cloth with ds (5months), we use shaped nappies, maybe these would work better for you...

Hi, never tried it, but have read many good things about it. When I was birthing both of my kids I found being able to 'go inside' myself really amazing. The experience of birthing with no pain relief and totally naturally is something I would totally recommend (as I asume you would do it like that ...
