Re: 101 Uses for Plastic Shopping bags.
That's lovely - how did you do it? Thank you. I cut the bottom off the charity bag, then cut strips about one inch wide, all the way to the top. Discard the handles if there are any. You then have circles of plastic, join them together in a chain, that makes yarn, and knit them. I did the two sides...

I bought a dress the other day, it was on the bargain rail outside the front of the shop, for £1.

Re: Sugar withdrawal
I use about 1 KG of sugar a week in tea and coffee which is pretty horrendous - i'm going to get some honey from the supermarket again which although expensive if not keeping bees i think it's a healthier option. Funny you should say that, I now have a spoonfull of honey in my daily one cup of coff...

Re: Hystorectomy help
I had a hysterectomy and removal of a very large cyst, in 2008 at age 59, and had 12 weeks off work. I had stitches not staples. You really do have to sit around and do nothing, just wait to recover. It's very hard if you have always been an active person. I live alone so had to rely on friends to c...

Hello from North Lincolnshire
I am a new person saying hello. I'm not sure if I can be classed as self sufficient because I don't have to do anything for the money that the government gives me every week. Though I suppose you could say they owe it to me, for the 45 years that I did go to work. I like a simple lifestyle, shop at ...
