When we got our last lot of ex batts there was some squabbling and one of the girls didnt just have her comb pecked...she was grabbed by it and it bled quite a bit. I just cleaned it up well with warm water with a little salt in it....it soon healed up with a black scab and she has had no further pr...

Re: frugal, its making me an outcast
Reading this I realise how lucky I am...there are 5 houses here, we all rent from the old guy in the manor house (as run down as ours) who owns the village, everyone grows their own food and shares, no one dresses up as there is no where to go...I have to walk 3 miles to catch a bus. we live in scru...

[quote="Susiwaa"]Charity bags and takeaway leaflets here too. The really annoying thing about the charity bags is they come in almost daily and although for different charities they are all delivered/picked up by the same "white van man"!! We have several charity shops and multip...

Warm water with some lemon juice first thing on a morning is also good for your liver...my Grandma swore by it to counteract all the sherry she had at bedtime

Re: Complete Dried Cat Food
