What abput mulled cider? You treat it the same way as mulled wine- easy to do virgin ones too with apple juice. Just add apple juice/ apple brandy/ cloves any other spices. We used to do it as a cheaper alternative to mulled wine at the open studios I used to do. Any old cider will do, but I bet you...

Ooohh nice! I remember my mums nettle wine as a kid. I'm amazed how much free food you can get in london- got some lovely damson plums and apples this year. I work as a childminder and got the kids collecting pea sticks from our little local park from the recent storm. They loved it!! Happy days x x

I came home from work a few years ago, in the middle of august and my husband had found and ecrected a fake xmas tree in our garden. Apparently a local pub had thrown it out. Other 'alf is excellent at finding stuff on the street. Now my 5 year old joins in- we call it street treasure :iconbiggrin:
