Re: Panic attacks.

It was a very interesting experience, I was quite sceptical to begin with. I remember every part of the session- it was more that the guy put me in a really relaxed state and worked through things with me, than completely put me under hypnosis. The very interesting thing for me was it seemed to put ...

Re: Panic attacks.

I had hypnotherapy and it worked really well. I haven't had a bad one since- sometimes feel a bit 'flappy' but I think it got me out of the habit of them, if you get my drift....and that was ten years ago. Now i just rely on breathing excercises. Make sure you go to someone with a good reputation- I...

Re: Twins

I was always the shy, quiet one- I'd say I would have loved some time to mum on my own but as you tried that just let her get on with it! lots of kids don't really 'play' with other children at that age ( I know my ...

Re: Bed wetting

Thanks Oj. I guess my thing at the moment is he seems no nearer being dry, I do the things you suggest, but will try and lessen his liquid intake after 5. He does seem to be at risk b4 12, so I may have to get him up twice.....

Re: Interesting News from Holland

Sniff it and see, always been my motto! My dad always said gone off milk was yoghurt! never quite convinced us kids!! I'm careful with meat, but I do think alot of food wastage is down to the lack of planning people do food wise- and the amount they buy. If I do a big supermarket shop, I'm far more ...
