Tested it this morning, after spending a few hours sighting the tunnels over me noo seeds yesterday .... Using Fleece Polytunnels
I'm just about to put some broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and carrot seeds under fleece polytunnels and I was wondering what the best way to water the soil and once grown, the actual plants would be? Can I just use me watering can and pour it over the fleece itself or will I need to remove the tunne...

I remember reading last year sometime an article on getting rid of slugs from a vegetable garden, and it proposed to surround the vegetable plot with lengths of guttering to form a square and fill this with water ... almost creating a moat around the vegetables! Tomatoes in a growbag
Hi peepz,
Newbie to vegetable growing here, and I was wondering if I can just put some tomatoes seeds I have brought straight into a grow bag or do I have to put them into pots first, let them grow a little then put them in the grow bag?

Hey peepz, Was just wondering how many people on here by products in bulk? ... as it's something I have just started doing, and am now wondering why i didn't do it before!! A couple of instances are buying 25litres of laundry liquid, and I end up getting nearly 30% more for my money, or buying 5ltr ...

Hi Martin, Thanks for the quick replies! Nope, didn't remove the plate at the top of the stove, it's still there! Just a note, I did try a couple of fires with the grate still in, however, they were'nt very good/didn't pumped out alot of heat and made me think that it was just a coal fire ... also, ...
