When I was young and broke, which was quite often. It works cos I am still skinny, and, for that matter still breathing.

He ended up using a 5:2 diet (5 days normal food, 2 days restricted to 300 calories). It seemed to produce the required drop in igF and blood fats to significantly reduce risk of heart disease and cancers.
