Watch out with the peppermint oil though - i think Clara knows more than i do, but i'm sure i read that peppermint oil CAUSES cavities, so be ver careful with how much you use!!

Home-made toothpaste
This is a great idea as it contributes to ZWP. Keep experimenting and if you succeed, contact Karen Cannard. She, like me, is looking for zero bin waste. Toothpaste tubes must go!

You could just use bicarbonate of soda... I do have a recipe somewhere but that involves peppermint EO too
, I'll try to remember to stick it up here. You could use bicarb and also a mouthwash...and I do have this recipe to hand
MOUTHWASH
125 ml cheap brandy
15 drops Thyme EO
15 drops Peppermint EO
5 drops Myrrh EO
5 drops Fennel EO
I have never tried it though, so don't know how it is. Guess you can leave out the peppermint if you are worried.
