It would be good to see some friendly faces at our next talk. We are going to be talking at the Swindon Literary festival as part of the eco day. Not sure what our talk will involve yet, more details here [/url]

Or the East Midlands?

I used to live in Swindon and would have plenty of places to crash for the festival. Sadly I'm in Lincoln that weekend.

Bum!

I can't make it either. I'd love to have been there.

I've got Witchfest in Croydon the day before, and the bank will complain if i spend any more on travelling places!!

Although...i might see how much an advance rail ticket is...

Bugger...i've just checked...

What time are you 'on' so to speak? I can get there and back in a day...and its not a bad price at advanced rate...

Ok well we might be doing something in Northampton soon; well as soon as we get on and organise it and perhaps even Nottingham.

Swindon went really well, Lower Shaw farm is a pretty magical place so it can't really fail there. It was really good to meet up with hamster (and her OH) and zoe was there too. Oh and of course Dave.

It would be good to do something up in Scotland we would need to find a venue and perhaps sell some tickets (we have to pay our own expenses for these things) to cover travel.

I went along yesterday and had a great time. Andy and Dave were great. The farm is such a fab place and we had a tour of the garden. The other speakers were interesting too. I spent far too much on books though.

Oh and lunch was delicious.

Only one slight embarrassment on the way there. I was struggling up the hill on my bike and was overtaken by a fat man jogging

Cheers
Zoe
