
She was due to farrow in 3 days time and we'd not finished getting her new quarters ready as I'd been delayed by having to dispatch then butcher Hopalong Sally who had a badly broken leg

However over night she'd tore up several clumps of rushes and made a fine nest in the porch of our barn so we just let her get on with it.
