Rumtopf

Bananas aren't really part of it - they tend to disintegrate. You don't want it to become mushy!

Depends on whether you want to make a proper "Rumtopf", i.e. the original German stuff, or just have fruit in rum, or any other spirit! Nothing wrong with the latter.
