Good idea!

I've cooked it all - including liver. Worked as a cook in another life: Roast for 200 people? No problem... Just can't stand the smell of bacon in the morning.

Like that comment MMM!

I reckon Ina has had a very interesting life so far.

I am a carnivore these days. I was a veggie for 20 years or so, but then my body just craved bacon. (always the breaking point for weak minded vegetarians) I eat a lot of fish as it's good for old ladies joints, so I am told.

And..I do try and buy as much organic meat as possible. It's expensive but much tastier.
If in doubt ~ use a hammer!
