Clearing Ground of Baby Slugs.
Clearing Ground of Baby Slugs.
I've accidentally found a way to clear ground of the baby slugs which live beneath the soil - don't ask how I discovered it, it's embarrassing - Fill a net bag (such as the ones oranges come in) with stones and gravel, bury it, water it, leave it for a couple of days. Dig the bag up and it will be full of tiny slugs which can then be removed before the bag is buried elsewhere. Unbelievably, this WORKS.

... well discovered. But we HAVE to ask, you know. I don't believe anyone could resist. Spill the beans, Bluemoon - how did you discover it?

Brilliant tip, can't wait to hear the story behind it.

Its obvious. The so called stones were actually diamonds. Bluemoon is part of a major diamond smuggling gang. Bury the treasure & call back for it when safe to do so.

Where do you get your imagination Minesapint?!
OK should be competition for best guess? I think maybe it was a homemade toy for the dog, who buried it, wee'd on it, then dug it up and brought it into the house as a present crawling in slugs- ours definitely does that with bones!!
