Hi I own a couple of houses next to each other in the hills approx 10 miles north of Santa Catarina which is approx 10 miles from Tavira Algarve Portugal.I'm willing to rent them out for a small rent,as I have not lived there for several years and it's a shame they are not being used.
The newest house is constructed of ring beamed concrete with blocks and rendered with tiles on the front.It has a flat concrete roof with stairs outside leading to.It has lounge one bedroom bathroom and large kitchen/dining room.It needs painting inside.It has some furniture.
The other house is much older built of stone with a tiled roof consisting of 4 rooms,but very basic and a stable attached.Also has bread oven and thrashing ground for grain.The 2 houses share 1 acre of land with a pigsty,and other outbuilding.
There is free water on tap. The electric is disconnected at the moment.
These houses are ideal for people who want to get away from it all but still within a drive to all the action.

Sorry everyone for not replying,I've only just come back to the website.For some reason I'm not being notified of all replies.So anyone who would like to send me a message,please email me at paulo_deane@hotmail.com
I've also got some photo's of the houses on my mobile,which I will download when I've worked out how.
I'm visiting the houses on the 13th October to 16th this year.I'm going to decide how much rent to charge when I've discussed it with the agent,when I visit but even then it's negotiable,as it's a shame the houses aren't being used.
