The latest spammer has posted in the Practice and deleted folder... seems appropriate really

Seems to get a lot of spam in there, it is the only place that you don't have to be a memeber to post. But it as we get many people who are forum virgins I think the uses of it out weigh the need to delete some pesky spam. - Fair enough?
