Hi.. I'm new to the site as well and a fellow Fifer
Would love to say I'd help out with the tunnel but I'd probably be more of a hinderance lol!!!
We intend to make a few cold frames and attempt a tunnel of sorts.. it's all in the planning... apparently... tehehe!!
Good luck wi' yer tunnel.. if it comes flying by this neck of the woods I'll be sure to return it ( after I've had a good look to see how it 'works' ...it's all in the planning... !!!)

Not far at all! There's an article in this months Grow It magazine re. polytunnels.. it looks quite good.. duoble Dutch to me however... It's all in the planning lol!!
We only have a weeny wee garden which up 'til two weeks ago was covered ( entirely!!) with mono blocks. The last dry day we had, we ripped them up to create our patch for planting veg. We're now planning ( I like planning tehehe) to make cold frames with the damn ugly left over mono blocks! I have hopes that once this is done, we can sqeeze in a wee polytunnel to the rear of our fence which bordes a huge field.
You should have seen the looks on our neighbours faces when we started digging up the blocks.. priceless!! When they tentatively asked what we were up to.. we told them we were clearing space for an air raid shelter and Ark!!
