It seems that the keeper of the Ish server is more absent minded than me, even though it clearly states at the top right of this page .." All times are UTC "

I remembered
I know for a fact that I'm absent minded and really really way behind the times, but at least I remembered to put my clock back to winter time on Sunday.

Maybe Mr Headstrong can fix it, One time we eventually changed to the right time about a fortnight before it changed in the other direction...

Re: I remembered
I think you have to remember to change the clock on all forums as it doesn't do it for you! Well at least I've never met a forum that does!

Re: I remembered
it says "All times are UTC" because the server is set for UTC (UTC = GMT)
most servers are set to UTC
the forum will look at your profile to decide what times to show you.
the other day you changed your clocks from BST to GMT/UTC
dont forget the forum is accessed from all over the world.

Umm .... but it's not John, that was the point I was trying to make.John Headstrong wrote:it says "All times are UTC" because the server is set for UTC (UTC = GMT)

It states "All times are UTC", but it's not ... take a look, it's still on BST, or GMT + 1 hour.

Re: I remembered
OK .. I fixed it now. I didn't realise that you had to manually alter the time in preferences (I thought that was what computers were for)
Anyway, sorry for any confusion I caused.
