My pleasure... we'll be having them alot this year as they are rather addictive with loads of salad and some minty yoghurt!!

Oooh i love falafel!

Whenever i've made it i haven't managed to get the chickpeas pureed, they've been bitty.

I'm going to give your recipe a go!
