Hello Wortle, and welcome!
I'm nowhere near Devon, I'm afraid, but you'll find this a great site for advice and support, not to mention entertainment! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

We all have two gifts we should try to use as much as possible - imagination and humour.
Imagination compensates us for what we are not.
A sense of humour consoles us for what we are.
And wisdom tells us not to worry about it!

Thanks all
and MMM Brittany used to be a favourite for us but this year we have Euro terror and think we should stay here! Might get more veggie grown and eaten that way....we always go away when the harvest is at its best.

About as far away as you can get and remain in mainland Britain. But hello anyway!

Hi and thanks
North West means your season must be short for veg etc? Or do you get a Gulf stream benefit?
