HI ALL, interested in 3/4 acre site (full p.p) irelandwest?

hi thanks for your interst , was just wondering if any one would like to buy or swap somthing for a quite nice large site in the "west o ireland" there is also another approx' 4 1/2 acres of farm land surronding it?(optional). there is full planning permission for a 4 bedroom house (with raised bed perculation system) very good dry land(its ireland so its not too dry for planting) but you wont grow rice on it too handy either???? all inquiries WILL be anwsered (all/any offers or ideas will also be considerd) once again thanks for your time may your god bless you (i'll even put in a good word with my god for you ?)

Hi Julie,thank you. im near tuam,(for my sins )about 14 miles from williamstown. the site is between ballhaderreen&castlerea, 1 1/2 miles from a 1shop , 1pub,1church, 1horse wee village called lisacul.

p.s.i dont go near pc too often (as you can tell)

Hi newb - we started last year in Abbey - then moved up a bit....
I've a friend who's looking for a do-er upper, so a site might not be good for her.... but we'll certainly keep you in mind.
