Have you made something and want to show it off? This is the place for your photos or just talk about the things that you have made or would like to make. All crafts from knitting and crochet to woodwork, in fact anything that you have made!

test

right - at the bottom of the screen, there's a bit that says Upload Attachment.

Next to the filename bit, click the button labelled Choose.
This should open up a window with your computer files on it. Choose the file and say open.
Then, put something in the comment bit. Then press submit.

I just did that, and it worked. If it doesn't post again and i'll ask the more techie members...*cough*John Headstrong*cough*...

I've asked the other admin if they've got any idea why you can't upload.

What browser are you using?
Are you on a PC or a Mac?
Are you trying to upload from a hosting site (ie Flickr, Photobucket etc) or your computer?

Yes you will very probably have to reduce the size of your photos because they won't be accepted if they are too large.

What exactly does it say on your screen when you say that 'it doesn't work'?

You need to reduce the size of your photos - I have to do this every time. Do you have any software that will do that (graphics, paint type programs)?

I have taken advice and cropped the piccy with paint.I have loaded it up and it is on the site as an attachment which you have to open.

I've found that they need to be really reduced to come up as photos on the screen, so sometimes for better resolution it is better to leave the photos a bit bigger and we just click to look at them.
