. i'm in bristol and have a big back and front garden that look like waste land more than gardens,i'm hoping to get ideas and get off my backside and do something this summer,i want to build a place for birds,bees,butterflies,worms,insects,i've managed to attract magpies,rooks,crows,robins,blackbirds,great tits,wood pigeons,collared doves,a grey wagtail,blue tits(i am not sniggering,i am a sensible adult! 
,jackdaws. also a couple of rats who i've asked politely to go,but they just look at me and bounce away,almost as though laughing.anyway,i'm looking forward to searching for tips and reading peoples ideas and how they do things. take care one and all,the funkster,xxxx
