Slip slops

Today I finally managed to get round to doing the wet felting I had promised myself I would learn,
and this is what I did......
started here, this is Shetland fleece I got from Freecycle which was dyed with onion skins (not very successful, need more skins for a deeper colour next time)

Not brilliant but its my first attempt and I love em

Hi,
Just thought I'd share the next slippers I tried , these were made on a shoe last, and were finished felting in the washing machine....less arm ache!
Then needle felted the hearts on the front. DD3 has liberated these ones!
