Here's what mine has been up to this week....
16 ft long x 7 ft wide - a 3 ft path, & 2 ft raised beds either side, with slats ready for staging as & when I want it - what a star he's been!
Mind, I think we had about 2 dozen pages of drawings - none of which look like this



He's now moved onto building the rabbit house - so I'm taking charge of the soil shifting for the poly-house!

Actually, we had awful trouble getting thick polythene out here for the coverings.... to cut a long story short, I finally found some 'silage bags' at a local-ish farmers co-op = 7 euros a bag - we used 5 bags for the whole thing - bonus!!

I built the eden project all by myself Ok i may be telling a little lie but you lot have given me a complex lol. I did build a Coldframe once

Scale up the coldframe and you`ll have a greenhouse.
The eden project just bolts together so it would be a doddle

Julie, that looks great! How do you fix it to the ground to stop it blowing away though, or is the weight of the wood enough to hold it down? I guess it's somewhat heavier than the little ones with metal frames that blow over in the slightest breeze!

Morning MMM..... early riser, or what!

There is NO WAY this baby is going to blow away in the wind.... He started it by building 2 raised beds, 2 ft wide.... driving the fixing stakes at least 18" into the ground & then building the frame up from there.....
Once again, there were several drawings, but he ended up building it & adding on as he went along & he did a pretty good job, bless him!
