Alfalfa

Hi all prob been done but has anybody grown alfalfa beans or mung beans? I grow them quite often in a jar and they taste great and quick and easy to grow. Also because they grow so quick its a good way to get kids involved. Bit like growing cress only I think they are much nicer.

Yes, we sprout lots of different seeds and pulses. Mainly during the winter to have fresh salads.

My fave are sprouted chickpeas.
