Greetings from Flanders

Post: # 15378Post Jove »

Hi folks, Just new to the forum. I live in West-Vlaanderen, the flemish province closest to the North Sea. Although my country is pretty crowded, I try to live as self-sufficient as possible, respect the environment, grow my own vegetables, save energy, etc...etc...
I hope to meet people with the same thoughts so we can exchange ideas and tips. I'm glad to get the opportunity to meet other self-sufficient people, it's pretty hard to find some in our overdrive-consumer-society.

Hi Jove, and welcome!

I'm pretty close to the North Sea, too - although quite a bit further north! Not really close enough to wave across. Don't know much about Belgium, well apart from travelling through on my way to Germany, so I'm looking forward to hearing more about your situation there!
