I just had a look on their website and it says

Northern Green Gathering knows that a change is as good as a rest, so that's what we're doing for 2009. This year we are taking a break from organising a Gathering. We are going 'on the road', taking our enthusiasm to some other festivals. We will be setting up our marquee full of exciting green activities at various events throughout the summer, meeting new people, and spreading the Northern Green word. We'll post news on here as dates are confirmed.

So I guess they're not.
