Hi thanks for your comment, we love it here, we sold an ex council house and gave up more or less all we had to come here, our house is still semi ruin, all the dosh went getting the cottage done up to try to give us at least a little income, its very hit and miss though. But as I said on our blog, we drink water from the well which is free, food from the garden, this year we have our own wine and olive oil, its wonderful, the weather is still dry and bright even now! things are a little tough, we have managed to get spending at shops down to around 10-15 euros a week, but thats still a lot if you dont have it, but Id never change things or go back... no regrets at all... :flower:

You visited some of the ecovillages around there? I think there's one near Coimbra, forgot the name now though

My site (in sig) links to your blog http://livingthedreamportugal.blogspot.com. I didn't know there was a website as well, there's no link to it on the blog. Am I linking to the wrong place? I would love a return link from either of them but which are you promoting/working on most? Should I be linking to the website instead?

Hi.
The website is www.livingthedreamportugal.com but its pretty static, it just advertises our place really, the blog is on there at the top of the main page, but the blog is the more frequently used, join as a follower, i'll have a look and see if we can sort out a reciprocal link.
Thanks
