Having listed the above, I have to add that I wouldn't loose any sleep if I never saw these programmes again. If I didn't have access to BBC News Channel however, I'd be lost, but 'the news' isn't really a programme is it?

err... that's it... don't have time to sit down and watch stuff to be honest. Went to my parents who have the TV on all the time a couple of weeks ago... it drove myself and OH insane and we had to get out of the house to get away from it... awful
Wouldn't it be great if there was a tv channel for self-sufficient types that only had really useful info/inspirational type programmes
