mushrooms...yummy

We have been so lucky this year, just the other day we found a small group of Parasol mushrooms, just three but the first one we cooked and had for supper was the size of a dinner plate when fully open... and tasted divine... another one ready for tonight too...

Then to add to my delight, a friend called to say they had 'fungus' growing all over the olive grove.... upon investigation we found they were field mushrooms... loads of them, i picked a half a carrier bag full in a matter of moments... they have decided that they 'dont fancy them' from the wild.... hmmmm scrummy ... all the more for me then... heheheh
