I liked the idea of the boiling water also but I don't think that I could miss hitting the plants as they are very densly packed in there I need to get another large pot for the spring.
P.S. The ANTEATER was booked for another job.

i had an infestation of ants when i first moved into my house, the only way i found to get rid of them was to initially put down ant powder every where, but the real trick is to pour a line of kerocene, heating oil, all around your house, apparently the ants will never ever cross that line, ive lived here 19 years now and havnt seen an ant inside since i do however see millions in the garden, if you pour oil on soil nothing will grow there so plan it carefully.
btw dont tell the environment agency u might get in a bit of bother, u only need a very thin line all the way around your propertyfletch_4 wrote:spitfire wrote:Thanks to all who replied with suggestions, liked them allI don't have any mint but I do have oranges and orangejuice so I will give that a try.
