We are not fans of artificial sweetener (we a diabetic in the family so you'd think we'd be used to it by now) And all those instant hot chocs you find in the shops (to me) always taste a bit bland, of sweetener and not chocolaty enough. Well I was offered a cup of brown liquid and ordered to taste it. It didn't taste 100% exactly like regular milk made hot chocolate but it was blooming lovely, and I managed to commandeer a jar to take to work

Sieve all powered ingredients and mix well in a bowl
2 cups powdered milk (we used skimmed)
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 coffee creamer
1/2 cup choc chips
pinch salt
