Yep, they mither & mither for their food bowl to be filled... so you eventually go & fill it, all the while they are climbing your leg, complete with claws.... then you pop it on the floor, they have one or two mouthfuls & walk away.........

Oh god I laughed so much over that I've got tears in my eyes, I can really see my cat there! The amount of times I've had to move up and down the sofa trying to reach something with a huge lump on my lap......

I did particularly enjoy the demands for tummy rubs ;) I used to have a giant white fluff ball which would deliberately trip you so he could demand tummy rubs.
