theres loads of flowers to choose from. Just sometimes wonder whether people eat things for the sake of it rather than for the taste - just to be seen to be different. There was a prog on TV during the week where the woman made dandelion flower fritters - they all agreed they were delicious but was it really because of the batter rather than the flowers? Going to have to try.
