Hi from Liverpool
Hi from Liverpool
Hi guys,
I'm andrew and I live in Liverpool. I am recently new to foraging and only know the very basic foods such as blackberries, nettles, elderflowers and elderberries etc.
I have been a keen gardener since I was about 7 or 8 and have grown herbs and within the last couple of years started to grow my own veg.
Only last year I found lots of blackberries and I must have filled about 2 gallons with them. I work in T***o part time so remember thinkng to myslf, thisis madness it's 3 pound for a tub of blackberries Wichita must contain about a handful. Anyway to cut a long storyshort I havebeen trying my best toidentify edible plants and am starting to get a basic knowledge.
Anybody from Liverpool?
Willing to teach Meir share knowledgeperhaps I mayevenbe ableto helpyou.
Thanksguys

Welcome from round the corner in Wigan.
I come to a spiritual meeting in Liverpool once a month though.
My heart lifts every time I see the waterfront with the Liver building - its an amazing city and Liverpudlians have the best sense of humour in the world
