First spuds came out today (2 out of 4 bags) and we got a surprisingly good crop, I'm most impressed. Yet another stupid Twiggy question, I dare say, buuuuuuutttttt.........some of them are very, very small indeed - about twice the size of a baked bean. Are they OK to eat? And what would be the best way of cooking them (they are first earlies, Arran Pilots)? I'm loathe to throw them out as unusable.......
Thanking you!
