fruit tree advice please

we got another allotment and in herited a fruit tree its suffered a bit over the years what eco friendly sprays and ways to grease the tee please its a big apple tree thanks

There are no 'eco-friendly' sprays I know of,( others may know different) years past we would winter wash with Jeyes, or tar oil wash,but definitely grease band nowish.
