Apologies to all 'ish friends

Hi to all

Just a quick line to apologise for my lack of participation.

I was just getting ready for a push on the self sufficient front when I had a car crash That has meant many weeks of doing nothing but trying to recover. Thankfully I am getting excellent physiotherapy and medical support through my insurance company. The other guy accepted liability so no nasty legal wrangling which meant I could try and concentrate on recovery and nothing else.

I am hoping to pop into the forum a bit more in the coming weeks and I'll be bugging all of you for newbie help!
