Deck Rail Planters - can't find them!

Finally getting the garden sorted out and I thought I will have some planters made for to hang on the decking rail (mainly herbs to be honest so they don't go mad!)

Has anyone seen any Deck Rail Brackets that will hold a home made container onto the decking rail? I failed to find one yet on the webby or local garden centres :(
