Fantastic Richie.
We're on home grown salad but that's pretty much it as yet. But with mayo made from my neighbour's duck eggs it tastes mighty good.
forgot the broccoli raab we're having for dinner!

Well done you, sounds lovely.Hopefully will be doing the same in a couple of weeks (apart from the pigeon). We've had a lot of cold windy weather here in Pembrokeshire,so most things on my allotment are sulking.

I can hear Duelling banjoes

The Sikh religion says you can eat meat if you kill it yourself. I'd rather eat a pigeon, rabbit or even a grey squirrel than a fatted calf.

Me too - it's the thought that Richie has a loaded shotgun by the back door that disturbs me
