can anyone give me some info on allotments as im looking into applying for one but dont know where to start any email addys websites anything of any help would be good cheers matty

Hi Matty
Try Googling your local council + allotments or even your post code + allotments. Failing that you could search satelite images in your area then pop down and and talk to gardeners or see if there's any info on the gate.

Matt, look on the Swindon council website. It has a list of all the allotments, what the waiting list is like and how to apply. if you ring the council they are quite helpful.
