Very interesting - I use lots of soya milk. How much did you make in that batch? Does it taste like shop bought? Lastly what is the shelf/fridge life?

I made one litre in that batch. It is very rich. I also put the residue through again with water and increased the yield. It looked the same, but obviously weaker.

Comparing to store bought the first batch was better. I am sure the store bought is watered down considerably, also it must have some preservatives. I never tested storage properties, but suspect similar to keeping most food in the refrigerator.

Also, the home-made leaves a large quantity of residue, which with a bit of imagination can be made into cake snacks.
