Ive grown coriander indoors as theres never any in the shops but its grown and ive not used it so its been wasted! Can it be frozen?
Ive just seen u can chop it up then place into ice cube trays to freeze. Has anyone tried this? Does it go all mushy?

Re: coriander
I have seen frozen coriander for sale and I am sure my mum freezes it. I think she just froze it is freezer bags. You could try chopping, then freezing on a tray, then bagging it so it's not lumpy. It may not be cosmetically perfect for garnishes but will be fine for flavour in cooking.

Re: coriander
I just grow it outside all year round - it survives all but the harshest winter weather!
