The truffle....a shroud of mystery

Post: # 25496Post Monty »

I just read this article in the sunday times (yes that's right) about truffle hunting. It sounds SO MUCH fun but devilishly difficult.

Firstly, I think I need a spaniel. I have a tabby cat so she will do.

I also have to spray 'frozen truffle' in front of my stalion's nose.

Then, after a thunderstorm, I have to go into peoples gardens looking for oak trees with small patches of dead grass of circling flies.

Then I have to interrogate this woman about all the secrets of finding truffles.

WAY TOO MUCH EFFORT MAN.

Can someone give me a quick fix so I can get the pleasure of a fresh truffle without molesting my cat?

Many thanks.
Weeds make me mad.
