Dry them and use them to flavour herbal teas and wine.

As Mike says, tea. Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to help balance women's hormones.

Are all those edible then, and can they be cooked in any way rather than just steeped for tea?

I suspect you'd have trouble chewing them and digesting them. I've never felt the urge to try them to be honest.
