Being an advocate that nuts and seeds are a desirable food, and that the body utilizes better if cooked, this is my method.I eat as a cereal or just a snack as desired.It is tasty and nourishing. You will not find this commercially or in the Canadian Food Guide.The ingredients are varied depending what is available in the bulk food store.
