Whole Grain Wheat Flour and Corn Pilot Bread was made from freshly ground whole grain wheat flour and corn juice made during the summer. The bread was baked twice at 375F for 30 minutes to insure the centre is cooked. Storage is in the refrigerator and one loaf will be frozen. It keeps for about ten days in the refrigerator before molding.
