ISHY HOUSESHARE AVAILABLE
Hi all,
As I am now single I am looking for a housemate or two. I am in Chippenham, 2 minutes from the M4 - Swindon is 20 mins away, Bath 30 mins and Bristol 45 - and there is a mainline train station just down the road in Chippenham town. It is a lovely stone cottage with a field attached - so plenty of room to grow veg or keep chickens to your hearts content - there is even a pig pen and a very sympathetic landlady next door who has rented me land for sheep very cheaply and who has (and will deliver!) unlimited quantities of well rotted horse manure! Lots of outdoor storage space.
There is a woodburning stove and nice big kitchen. I am away alot, so there is plenty of your own space and lovely neighbours...also livery space if horses are your thing. Bedroom is nice and big with lots of built in wardrobes.
And as a bonus, I am not even an axe murderer! I am a 31 year old girl, I work in an office and I am quite laid back. Oh, and there is a little dog who also lives in the house - who would love a doggy housemate if you have pets - cats welcome too (there is a cat flap) if they can live with the dog (she isn't allowed upstairs during the day).
All for the bargainous price of £350pcm plus bills - which are between £100 and £150 at the most.
If you think this sounds like you, drop me a private message.

I hope you are well, and not unhappy at the change in circumstances.

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

Do you take housing benefit tenants? lol
Sorry you are single now but i'm sure it won't be long if you don't want it to be (especially if you bend over in blue jeans like in your photo)

Re: ISHY HOUSESHARE AVAILABLE
lol not sure on the correct spelling but using religious words like "christ" in that context constitutes blaspheeming doesn't it? seeing as we are calling each other names.moocher wrote:blaspheem? sorry you will have to explain that to me.

ok sorry but i thought calling me pervy construed as name calling.moocher wrote:Wasn't aware i was name calling?

fact is i have no sex-drive so to call me pervy is something - i suspect the cap would probably fit you better.
Re: ISHY HOUSESHARE AVAILABLE

I would happily snap up that chance, only If I didn't have the house I currently have now near me in Lincoln (trying to sell at the moment) and heavy good driving jobs can't be far and few around your way?
Nice to see an ishy house share though :D
